1. Preliminary Provisions
– Lessor:  Dream Ride Albania, headquartered at Aeroport Road, 1504 Tirana International Airport “Mother Teresa”, Rinas, Albania.
– Lessee: The natural or legal person renting the vehicle, referred to as the “Lessee,” responsible for complying with all terms of this agreement.
– Contract: The rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup, detailing the terms of use, pickup and drop-off locations, coverage, equipment, services included, and payment method. It includes information on mileage, fuel level, damage, and other specifics of the rental vehicle.
– Driver/Additional Driver: Individuals listed in the rental agreement as “users,” who are responsible for following all provisions of the agreement.
– User: Refers collectively to the Lessee, Driver, and Additional Driver.
– Vehicle: The subject of the rental contract, with all relevant details included in the agreement.

2. Terms of Lease
– By signing the contract, the User confirms receipt of the vehicle in good condition with all equipment and documentation.
– The Driver acting on behalf of a legal entity guarantees authority and responsibility to the Lessor, ensuring compliance with all terms.
– The User must meet the minimum age and license requirements and provide necessary documentation.
– The User is responsible for traffic violations during the rental period, even after the contract ends.

3. Conditions of Payment
– A pre-authorization is required on the User’s credit card for a determined amount based on the vehicle class, lease, and insurance.
– By signing the rental agreement, the User authorizes Dream Ride Albania to charge the rental fees and any additional costs incurred during the rental period.
– Payments can be made using the pre-authorized credit card or other agreed methods. Any delays in payment will incur interest and additional costs.

4. Obligations of the User
– Return the vehicle to the agreed location and time, in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level and equipment.
– Request extensions or changes to the lease in writing before the lease expires.
– Avoid overloading, unauthorized use, and activities such as racing, towing, or illegal actions.
– Only allow authorized drivers listed in the contract to use the vehicle.
– Use the vehicle properly and follow all traffic laws.
– Ensure the vehicle is locked and secured when not in use.
– Regularly check and maintain the vehicle’s fluids and tire pressure.
– Report any maintenance needs to Dream Ride Albania.
– Do not drive the vehicle outside Albanian borders without prior authorization.
– Cover all costs related to vehicle use, such as fuel, tolls, parking fees, and fines.

5. Damage and Loss of Documentation
– The User is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, missing equipment, or documentation.
– Costs for repairs, lost keys, documents, license plates, and any negligent damages will be borne by the User.
– The User must use the vehicle as instructed by the manufacturer and avoid using improper fuel.

6. Theft, Vehicle Accident, or Malfunction
– In case of an incident, the User must:
1. Prevent further damage.
2. Record names and addresses of witnesses and participants.
3. Call the police and obtain a report.
4. Inform Dream Ride Albania.
– Failure to provide necessary documentation will result in the User covering all costs, including lost profits from the vehicle being out of service.

7. Costs Reimbursed to the User
– Dream Ride Albania will reimburse costs for oil, lubricants, regular servicing, and minor repairs with submitted invoices, provided prior authorization was obtained.

8. Participation in Damage (Excess)
– Liability for damage can be reduced by purchasing appropriate coverage. Reduced liability does not apply if terms are violated or the vehicle is used improperly.
– Additional coverage options are available for damage, theft, and passenger accidents.
– By signing the agreement, the User authorizes Dream Ride Albania to charge for all costs up to the excess or full damage amount if terms are violated.

9. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
– The User’s personal data is required for service provision and will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Details on data processing can be found in the Personal Data Protection Statement.

10. Other Provisions
– Dream Ride Albania is not liable for delays or damages caused by vehicle malfunctions during the rental period.
– The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the User fails to comply with any terms.
– The rental agreement is subject to Albanian law and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Albanian courts.

The User acknowledges and accepts these terms by signing the rental agreement. Amendments to this contract must be made in writing.
